Refund Policy

To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, please review and understand the following policies before your service begins.

1. NO-REFUND POLICY

All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns or are unhappy with your service, please notify management immediately, before leaving the salon, so we have an opportunity to address your concerns.

2. PRICING & AD-ONS

We make every effort to keep our pricing clear, transparent, and up to date. Please note that the prices listed on our menu are starting prices and may vary based on the specific services, products, upgrades, and add-ons selected.

Additional charges may apply for Gel Polish, specialty gels such as Cat-Eye and Chrome, nail art and designs, additional length or changes in shape, nail repairs, removals, upgrades, specialty treatments, and other add-on services.

​

The final price may also vary depending on the condition, length, shape, and amount of work required for your natural nails. Because each service is customized to the individual client, the final cost may be different from the base price listed on our menu.

Please discuss any desired add-ons, upgrades, or additional services with your technician before they are performed. Our team will be happy to clarify pricing and provide an estimate whenever possible.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide price quotes over the phone. An accurate price can only be determined after assessing your nails in person, as pricing may vary depending on the condition of your natural nails, existing product, length, shape, and the specific service requested.

3. CHANGES AFTER SERVICE IS COMPLETED

Once a service has been completed, any change of mind regarding the color, design, shape, length, or service selected will be considered a new service.

A $20 service change fee will apply in addition to the cost of the new service.

4. NAILS & PEDICURE SERVICE WARRANTY

The longevity and durability of ALL nail services can vary depending on the natural condition, length, flexibility, moisture, oil levels, and overall health of the natural nail, as well as individual lifestyle and aftercare.

OMG! Nails & Spa is not responsible for broken, chipped, lifted, or peeled nails or polish resulting from normal wear, the natural condition of the nails, or circumstances beyond our control.

However, we want our clients to be happy with their experience. If an issue arises within 7 days of your service, we offer one complimentary courtesy fix for the affected nail(s) or polish.

Please contact us as soon as possible and allow us the opportunity to inspect and correct the issue. The complimentary courtesy fix is limited to one time per service and does not constitute a refund.

5. MINOR NICKS, CUTS & SKIN SENSITIVITY

While we take every precaution to provide safe and careful services, minor nicks, cuts, irritation, redness, or temporary sensitivity may occasionally occur, particularly during services involving cuticle care, nail preparation, waxing, facials, or other close-to-skin treatments.

By proceeding with your service, you acknowledge and understand that such minor incidents may occur and agree to release OMG! Nails & Spa and its technicians from responsibility for minor nicks, cuts, irritation, or temporary sensitivity that may occur during the service, provided the service is performed with reasonable care.

Please inform your technician immediately if you experience any discomfort during your service so we can address it appropriately.

6. NAIL  ART & DESIGN EXPECTATIONS

Nail art is a creative, hand-crafted service, and the final result may vary from artist to artist. Inspiration photos are welcome and help us understand the look you are requesting; however, we cannot guarantee an exact reproduction of any inspiration photo or reference design.

Our artists will do their best to create a design that is similar in style, color, detail, and overall appearance. However, the finished result may vary due to differences in polish and gel colors, lighting, nail shape and length, individual artistic technique, and the nature of free-hand nail art.

​

Please understand that free-hand nail art is not created with a stencil or mechanical template. Each design is individually hand-painted by the artist. Therefore, even when selecting a design created by OMG! Nails & Spa or one of our own signature designs, we cannot guarantee that every nail will be an exact match or identical to a previous set, photograph, sample, or another artist's work.

Natural artistic variations are to be expected. Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, screen settings, polish batches, and the surface of the natural or artificial nail.

By approving your design and proceeding with the service, you acknowledge and understand that nail art is an artistic service and exact duplication cannot be guaranteed. Our goal is to create the closest possible interpretation while allowing for the natural variations of hand-crafted nail art.

7. BODY WAXING & FACIAL POLICY

Waxing and facial services are performed with the understanding that individual skin conditions, medications, skincare products, and treatments can affect the sensitivity and condition of the skin.

Clients must inform their technician before their service if they use or have recently used products, medications, or treatments that may increase skin sensitivity, including but not limited to:

​

• Retinol, Retin-A, or tretinoin

• Prescription-strength skincare products

• AHA/BHA or other exfoliating acids

• Chemical peels

• Exfoliating or resurfacing treatments

• Acne medications or treatments that may increase skin sensitivity

• Other products or procedures that may compromise the skin barrier​

Using these products or receiving certain treatments may make the skin more vulnerable to redness, irritation, burning, peeling, bruising, sensitivity, or skin lifting during waxing or facial services.

​

OMG! Nails & Spa cannot be held responsible for adverse skin reactions, irritation, skin lifting, peeling, or other sensitivity-related issues resulting from a client's use of Retinol, Retin-A, tretinoin, prescription skincare, exfoliating products, or other skin-sensitizing products or treatments.

​

For your safety, we reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue a waxing or facial service if the technician determines that the skin appears too sensitive, irritated, compromised, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested service.

Please disclose all relevant skincare products, medications, treatments, and recent procedures to your technician before your service. When in doubt, disclose it.

8. ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL

Once your service is completed and you have approved the finished result, all services are considered final. Please communicate any concerns with your technician or management before leaving the salon.

9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

OMG! Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged, or unattended personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure and with you during your visit.
